About
The experience behind the method.
ELEVARE COACHING is founded and led by Tino Rinderknecht. The practice is deliberately small: a limited number of private clients, each with a system built for them.
My story
From bodybuilding to performance, precision & longevity.

My journey began with bodybuilding. What started as a personal pursuit of physical development gradually became something much larger: a lifelong study of the human body, performance, discipline, nutrition, recovery, and ultimately, how to build a better life through the body.
I learned early that transforming a physique is not simply about training harder. It is about understanding the individual. The structure of the body. The psychology of the person. Their lifestyle. Their nutrition. Their recovery. Their goals. Their limitations. Their environment. And, most importantly, their ability to sustain the process over time.
Years of experience as a bodybuilder and athlete gave me a deep appreciation for the physical side of transformation. But coaching gave me something even more valuable: perspective. Working with different people, different physiques, different objectives, and different lifestyles taught me that there is no universal program capable of producing exceptional results for everyone. The best system is the one that is precisely designed for the person who has to live it.
Over time, my role evolved. I moved from being an athlete pursuing my own performance to becoming a coach responsible for understanding and developing the performance of others. My experience expanded beyond conventional personal training into performance coordination, program design, physique development, nutrition strategy, recovery, lifestyle optimization, and long-term physical development.
I stopped seeing training as a collection of exercises. I began seeing it as a system — one in which resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress management, movement, lifestyle, and behavioral consistency all interact with one another. That perspective ultimately led me toward what I call Performance & Longevity Design.
The objective is not simply to make someone look better. It is to design a physical system that allows a person to perform better, feel better, move better, maintain their physique, preserve capacity, and continue progressing for years rather than months.
Competitive history
21+ years on the stage.
I entered my first bodybuilding competition in Madrid in 2005, stepped away for several years after 2009, and returned to the stage in 2016 in the Open Super Heavyweight division. Winning the Canary Championships three consecutive years, from 2017 through 2019, was one of the most successful periods of my competitive career.

Philosophy
BUILD THE BODY. DEVELOP THE PERFORMANCE. PROTECT THE FUTURE.
I believe the human body is not a temporary project. It is the platform from which we experience and perform our entire lives. Therefore, the objective of training should extend beyond aesthetics. A strong physique is valuable. But strength without mobility is incomplete. Muscle without cardiovascular capacity is incomplete. Performance without recovery is unsustainable. Aesthetic development without health and longevity is incomplete.
My philosophy is built around integration. I want my clients to become stronger, more capable, more resilient, more athletic, and more confident in their bodies — while creating a strategy that can evolve with them throughout different stages of life.
There is no perfect training program. There is only the right training program for the right individual, at the right time, for the right objective. Two people can have identical goals and require completely different approaches. Exceptional coaching begins by understanding those differences, which is why I don't hand anyone a generic plan. I believe in assessment, interpretation, design, implementation, feedback, and continuous refinement.
I don't view nutrition as punishment. I view it as a performance tool. The fundamentals remain important — adequate protein, appropriate energy intake, high-quality food choices, sufficient micronutrients, hydration, strategic carbohydrate and fat intake, consistency — but precision comes from understanding the individual context. The best nutritional strategy is not the most restrictive one. It is the one that produces the desired physiological outcome while remaining practical, sustainable, and compatible with the person's life.
I don't believe in shortcuts. I believe in intelligent strategy. I don't believe that more is always better. I believe that the right stimulus, applied at the right time, produces the right adaptation. And I don't believe in temporary transformations. I believe in building something that can be maintained.
Training principles
Every element exists for a reason.
Progressive overload
The body must be given an appropriate stimulus to adapt.
Technical execution
More weight is not automatically better. The quality of movement matters.
Individual biomechanics
Exercises are selected according to the person — not forced upon the person because they appear in a textbook program.
Structured progression
Training should evolve. It should not simply repeat.
Recovery
Adaptation happens through the interaction between stimulus and recovery.
Conditioning
A highly developed physique should also possess the capacity to perform.
Longevity
Training should build the body rather than continually compromise it.

My experience comes from more than three decades of personal training and more than two decades of competitive bodybuilding. I know what it means to build a physique, to prepare for competition, and to push performance — and that achieving a result and maintaining that result are two very different challenges. My coaching is available in German, English and Spanish, allowing me to work directly with clients across different countries, cultures and professional environments.
