These terms govern applications to ELEVARE Coaching and the coaching engagements that follow.
Applications
Submitting an application or assessment does not create a coaching agreement. Applications are reviewed individually and acceptance is at the sole discretion of ELEVARE Coaching.
Coaching capacity is limited. Where no place is available, you will be told directly.
The coaching engagement
Coaching is a personal professional service. Specific inclusions, communication scope and duration are set out in the agreement provided before an engagement begins.
Results depend on the client's own implementation and circumstances. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing intervals and payment terms are confirmed in writing before the engagement starts.
Prices shown on this site are indicative monthly ranges and may vary according to the scope agreed.
Cancellation
Cancellation and notice periods are defined in your individual coaching agreement.
Requests to pause an engagement for travel, illness or professional demands are considered case by case.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Both parties treat information exchanged during the engagement as confidential.
Programs, documents and materials provided remain the intellectual property of ELEVARE Coaching and are for your personal use only.
